When I see a student in the classroom using a cel phone I will walk up to the student and ask the student if I can get in the conversation with the other party on the line. The student will usuallly say no and I tell them that this will be the second warning and if used again they will be excused for that half of the day. Most people do not like being caught like a dear in the headlights.

There are more than just four types of learning methods up to nine. Wiki Pages are not that easy for me to navigate. A lot of the methods discussed in todays class I have been doing without even knowing. There are personality test for students to take. “Big 5 personality” Highlight of the week was a the frustrations of trying to remember how to find my information for the course on the web. Most of this type learning of is how I taught myself most of my own education until now. Self taught is the most rewarding . Feb. 5, 2014
I am still finding that navigating around these web pages is very difficult, they are hard to navigate and i am finding it very frustrating. Web pages used by students need to easy to navigate whether the student be young or old. I am an introvert and I like it that way. I was introduced to blogging but I am a private person and I find this threatening to my privacy. Tracy Goodwin is a resource for classroom management that can be found on the web. Tracy has some good tips on classroom management most of which have used in class.

Jeff Todays class is to present the student based learning done by each student. The first presentation was good, I would like to see info on where the information was resourced. What are the future prospects of getting employed in this field of work. Is there a paying job for this type of training when complete?

The presentation on how to learn to use learn was a nice story but i would have like to see more information on where the information was found for the learning. Would you recommend using learn to another instructor or would you tell them to hold off until the system gets better.

Learning how to play the violin was the topic for Doris. I liked the way her method of learning was explained nice links and information. The presentation was a little long but informative enough to keep my interest, good job though. When do you figure we will be able to hear the first song played on the violin.

Randy How to color in Adobe. I like the paintings and illustrations. The learning path was explained well. Used Lynda.com for illustration learning methods, Adobe may be useful for me.
Jennifer Cannoli making was the subject, Saprano’s Cook Book for Italian cooking.I wonder what Tony Saprano’s recipe is, does it contain lead products? The method of learning was explained well. Nice visualization present in the power point . Jason, Andrea and Maggie
