Classroom Management Discussion
I brought up into the discussion the time when I was training the "know it all student." He already had his class 1 which means he was already qualified to drive a bus but hasn't actually driven a bus before. He still has to complete all the training for the job. A lot of which he has already done. He felt like he knew it all and could basically teach it. The way I handled this situation was I stood my ground and informed him that I was still in charge. I also explained that I could still teach him things that he doesn't yet know. He did become more humble at points when he did realize he didn't know quite a few things.
